X99 Extreme 4 problem with POST

   Hello.
I have some strange problem which is start occurring recently.
- When I try to power on the PC - it does nothing. Just stay like I haven't pressed to Power Button.
At some point it start loading alike, I can hear the disks start moving, but then I just stays like that. Nothing more. Nothing on the screen.
After a few "Press and hold the power button until shut down, and power On it again" it finally shows the logo of ASROCK in the screen, and start booting.
Everything were working flawlessly for more than 3 years..
This start happening in one morning - when I found out that my LAN card does not works anymore - it looks like problem device, and no driver reinstall.. nothing helped.

My system is 12 core Xeon, 4 x 8 GB RAM, 2 x 3 TB HDD, 1 x 4 TB HDD, 2 x 256 GB SSD, GTX 1080, PSU - 750W Fortron. Windows 8.1.
