X570 Tachi Front Panel USB issues since 3.40 updat

   Hi since updating to bios 3.40 my front panel usb ports have stopped working. They work in the bios screen but not in windows they were also working fine before I updated to 3.40.

Next issue. I cannot put the motherboard to sleep it just fires straight back into windows although it's done that from day 1. I also get frequent error codes upon bootup which display as A2 on the debugger lcd panel, I also get random 99 errors. I have to switch on and off a few times to get it to work. Also quite often when I try to shut the computer down it will fire straight back up and the only way to stop this is to turn it off at the wall.

Everything was working fine when I was using Intel before so I know it's not an issue with my case or psu.

Please help as It's really starting to annoy me. Thanks.
