Hello everyone!

Could my AB350 Pro4 Motherboard not support UEFI boot to the SSD drive? (I have no idea)

I just bought an ssd (Samsung SSD Internal 860 EVO 2.5" (1 To)), I'm able to install windows on it but once it's installed, it restarts the computer and goes directly to the BIOS (or to the start of the installation if I leave my USB key plugged in).

When I go to the BIOS to change the Boot priorities, all I see is UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell, and Disabled. Is it my mobo? Does someone know anything about this?

Someone asked me this:

Turn off UEFI and re-boot...what happens ?

To which I replied:

After installing Windows (with CSM disabled), I enable CSM and I get the following message:

I get "Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" (even though Boot Option #1 is "SATA3_2: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB").

If I disable CSM and reboot, it goes directly to the BIOS.

I bought my mobo in the US and this SSD in France, could that be a thing?

...

Can anyone help me? I'm happy to return my SSD but man, HDDs are slooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww...

Thanks so much in advance

Disable CSM and try reinstalling windows from scratch.
If that fails enable it and reinstall again.
