Mother board doesnt see graphics card

   Hi


I have a problem with my motherboard (ASRock B450 Pro4)
the problem is that the motherboard cannot see the graphics card even though the graphics card itself is working 
i mean the fans run when the computer is turned on 

what can I do in such a situation


full spec:

cpu - Ryzen 5 3400g
motherboard - asrock b450 pro4
gpu - gigabyte gtx 1660 super gaming oc 6GB
ram - Patriot Viper DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)
power supply - bequiet pure power 11
disc - kingston ssd m.2 pci-e nvme 500GB
