Hi,

Using the Aerocool Duo One casw with my B450m Pro4 board and I have problems with PWM control of the case 4 case fans. This case is delivered with and a argb/fan controller and 4 6pin fans that connects to the fan header and the argb header on the motherboard.

The onlye problem I have is that it works as it should inside bios. If I choose PWM all the profiles works. But as soon as I save and reboot from bios they get back to full speed.

Initially I was on bios 3.90. I have also tried 3.60, and 3.50. No difference. I have also cleared CMOS, and I have tried all fan headers including CPU_FAN2. Going up in bios is as you all know not recommended.

What else is there to try? What is most likely, motherboard or fan controller issue? Or some incompatiblity. Should mention also that DC does not work at all.

Thanks!

I can add that connecting a single pwm fan directly to the motherboard works perfectly.
So the headers on the board are not the problem.
And the fan hub does work from bios, so probably that is not faulty either.
I have cleared CMOS, downgraded bios to 3.50 since I run ryzen 2600. But no change in behavior.

I have the same problem and I have tried everything like you (bios update etc.), without success.
A friend has the same case, but he has the MSI B550 Tomahawk Mainboard. He has no problem.

My Spec: ASRock B450M Pro4 (BIOS v2.0), Ryzen 2600, Alpha TG Case https://www.tecware.co/alphatg
