Z170 OC Formula - Dr Debug LED

   Hello,
I recently purchased and installed this board in a new system build.  I noticed that the Dr. Debug LED doesn't show anything of use. When I boot the machine, it cycles through and the LED flashes various lines in random fashion but never anything that resembled a letter or number. Example, right now it shows:

|

I'm not sure if this is what it should be doing or if it might have a bad/damaged board.  The machine has had it fair share of issues but I've not been sure if it is the board or possibly that I'm running two Samsung 950's in raid 0.
