How to usev Thunderbolt?

   Hello!

Sorry for a newbie question. I got Z390 Extreme, which should support Thunderbolt 3. How can i connect Thunderbolt 3 docks to my motherboard? I should buy some 3rd party PCI-e device, or i can just plug dock into USB-C port in my PC?
