RTC Waketimers from OS not working

   I'm attempting to wake my computer (B550M PRO4 latest bios) from full shutdown using the Windows 10 waketimers (set using Task Scheduler). The timers are set (verified from powercfg /waketimers) and I have enable the bios option of RTC waketimers from OS but nothing happens at the time set. The computer remains in full shutdown.

Setting the RTC wake to a BIOS specified time works and the computer wakes but the from OS setting doesn't seem to function.

I am using a full shutdown (all fast boot options are disabled).

Any ideas?
