are you running 2 video cables from your PC to the KVM and 2 video cables from the laptop docking station to the KVM?

Thanks for the link. I've switched the cables around with no success. I'm using AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor CPU and I've got 2x DVI to HDMI cables connecting my screens to the KVM and the TESmart provided cables going to my desktop and laptop docking station.

If the above video doesn't help .. then list what CPU you are using and how you are connected to the KVM ..video says to have 2 video outputs from PC to the 2 video inputs to run both monitors.

I just purchased a TESmart 2-Way Dual Monitor KVM and only one screen is working when it's connected to my desktop AM4 motherboard. I've been able to troubleshoot it down to identify that it's the motherboard that's causing the issue. Any suggestions on where to start with correcting this issue? Thanks
