I build a PC with these components.
Ryzen 5 3600
B450 Steel Legend
16Gb Ram
Gpu: Asrock Phantom Gaming 5500xt
m.2 500 gb
etc

and i just updated my Bios it was working fine but when i make the update to the new Bios version for Amd 5000 series it completes the updated and reboot but when the restart start it never finish because stay in no display.. like the GPU doesnt work CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THAT? CAN I REFLASH THE PC BECAUSE I TRY LIKE 7 TIMES THE MOBO BATTERY PROCESS BUT DIDNT WORK.

what BIOS did you flash to .. and what BIOS were you using before the flash?

... not seeing any BIOS's that say Ryzen 5000 series compatible ..I thought that came with the AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.8 and latest I see is AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.6 with BIOS 3.40,3.50,3.70 .. doesn't really matter because you are running a 3600 so it should still boot with any BIOS from 2.30 and up... unless you flashed the wrong BIOS and hosed your board.

You can try running just 1 stick of RAM in the A2 slot.. and see if system boots.
