Hello,
OS: Windows 10 Mobo: ASRock Z370M-ITX/ac My computer randomly stopped connecting to ethernet today. I confirmed that the issue is the physical ethernet port as Wi-Fi is still working, and plugging in the cable to a different computer gives ethernet internet access. Additionally, when I plug in an ethernet to USB 3.0 adapter in my motherboard, I do have ethernet access. I've attempted uninstalling the network adapters "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V" and "Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection" in Device Manager and then scanning for new hardware changes. I've also downloaded + installed the Intel Wireless LAN driver from the ASRock webpage for my motherboard. I've restarted my computer several times as well. No matter what, the connection appears in my hotbar with the tagline "No Connection". Any ideas what I could try to fix this? |
