Hello everyone!
Today i realized, that my Sapphire pulse rx 580 8gb GPU what have pci e 3.0 x16 ,running at x8. My motherboard is Asrock A320M-HDV. It can handle the Pci-E 3.0 X16. So how is it possible that the gpu running like this?
I have very low fps all games on 1024x768 settings too!! I think because of this thing. i have the newest bios version on my motherboard. I do not have any nvme , just a sata winnchester.

Look in the bios advanced settings for PCIe x16 Bus Interface. It is probably set to Auto. Try forcing it to Gen 3. In mine it is under Advanced - AMD PBS but I have a different model mb.

Well the only other thing I can think of is if you have any other card in one of the other 16x slots, even a USB ports add on, that can slow down all the other 16x slots. What other cards in other slots do you have installed?

I do not have only one pci e 16x port. And every other hardver like audio card or something like this is integrated. Do not have nvme.

Sounds like you need to contact the video card manufacturer.

Do you have GPU-Z installed?

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-gpu-z/

Install that and see what it has to say.
