Hi,
I have build a ASRock H370M-ITX/ac into a Chenbro SR301 Plus case with 4 HDD trays. This tray box is connected using a mini SAS HD SFF-8643 cable on the tray end and on the motherboard side 4 x SATA 7 pin. When connected no HDD's are shown wheras the lights for the 3 slots used light up to indicate there is a HDD inserted. The last slot is empty and the LED off. Is there anything I need to do on the motherboard side? Could there be a problem with my cable? The cable was already replaced with the same result that no HDD is detected. I'm using a SSD directly connected to the motherboard as well which work without any problem on any of the SATA ports on the motherboard. Thanks for any hints. |
