Polychrome sync not opening

   Hello,

everytime I try to open the polychrome sync app, it gives me this error:

"Error 0xFFFB
There is no Asr graphics card and Asr USB LED Header!"

When I first set up my pc, the app worked but now it displays this error, any help would be appreciated.
