Oh, no.
First PCI-e x16 slot is connected to CPU PCI-e Gen4 line. Second PCI-e phisically x16 slot has only x4 Gen3 line from B550 chipset. If you reverse motherboard, you can see it. |

I tryed other display port and HDMI cable, other monitor, tryed without any cable connected. Not worked.

Problem is partially solved. Lowering to PCI-e Gen2 worked.
