I recently got an AMD Ryzen 3600 to upgrade from my Ryzen 3 1200. I upgraded my Bios to version 3.20 then went to upgrade it to 5.40 and it isn?™t recognized. I?™ve downloaded the AMD all in 1 VGA driver and still nothing. Everything below version 5.40 works but everything above it wont show up in the bios. I've made sure my flash drive is Formatted to FAT64 many times and that it is the right motherboard drivers. Any help would be amazing.

My current mobo is ASRock AB350M.

Have you tried the update utility from BIOS, not the one within Windows?
Keep in mind that USB drive need to be formatted in FAT32 system in order to be seen from BIOS, I believe

Good idea, however I had no issues with SD card up to 64GB, plugged into front panel USB3 slot. :)
But obviously mileage might vary :)
