taichi 6800xt led switch not working !

HI after messing with polychrome which i now regret because all I wanted was static color. The lEDS froze. when i went to reboot the PC to fix, it did not come back on! should i just return to my reseller? i really like this card i doubt they will have another.

Regarding your case, do you mean the graphics card RGB LED cannot light up?
Please installed the latest AMD graphics driver and check if the Radeon software can detect your card properly.
After that, modify the LED by Polychrome SYNC to try.

Yes it does not light up anymore. The polychrome software wasn?™t working either after it froze and I rebooted flipped the switch the lights were null I caution no one to flip the switch after it has frozen . I already returned it to the reseller .

I have same problem with my RX 6800 XT Taichi, the led was working properly suddenly stop working, i tried everything, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled PolychromeSYNC, tried both polychromeRGB and polychromeSYCNC, tried AMD RX 6000 series RGB LED software and got stuck on plug your device, flash the firmware and nothing, how can help please
