I have a motherboard FM2A85-ITX configured as a Linux server with Debian 10, so without Desktop Environment.
How do you view the temperature of the CPU?

I installed lm-sensors and ran sensors-detect, but then at the command sensors I only get:

# sensors
k10temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
temp1:        +0.0°C (high = +70.0°C)
                      (crit = +70.0°C, hyst = +69.0°C)
