I just completed a new build with a Taichi X570 and Ryzen 5900X. When it goes to sleep in Windows 10, I can?™t wake it up. The keyboard and monitor have their lights off while the case power button still glows/breaths. Hitting the power button doesn?™t wake it and I?™m forced to do a hard reset. Would anyone know a solution?

Dear Kariomart,
Thank you for the posting.

Could you please provide the BIOS version for us?
We would like to check it further.

Thank you,

Best wishes,

Hi Kariomart,

We took the X570 Taichi, 5900X and BIOS P3.80 to test, but didn't reproduce the issue.
For this case, we would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify.
1. Clear CMOS by pressing the CLR CMOS button after removing the power.
2. After clearing the CMOS, please keep BIOS setting default and only install the CPU, PSU, Cooler, RAM, System disk, GPU, to verify.
3. Reinstall a clean Win 10 OS to try.

If the issue persist, please provide the whole system configuration for our reference.

Thank you,

Best wishes,
