BSOD installing windows on J3355M

I have been trying to install windows on a J3355m cpu/mobo combo and I keep getting BSOD. I've tried xp, 7, 8.1, and 10. I installed 10 eventually but it continues to BSOD within minutes so that I cannot install any drivers. I even tried installing it on different hardware, without issue, and move the HDD to the J3355m which will boot sometimes but still BSOD with absolute cerainty. It happens to both J3355m boards I own. I have tried every bios setting and combo of peripherals and storage. I have tried using dvds and usb drives. Nothing will stop the BSOD. The stop code changes each time. I have tried with a single ram stick in either slot. I've tried not using usb 3 ports. I am using onboarding video with nothing on PCI slots. Nothing will work. Is there something I'm missing or is this the worst mobo in history? The FAQ is pretty shameful, not sure it they know what FAQ stands for.
