Getting error code 15 Pei_car_nb_init on taichi

   Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the error code?
When I flip the power switch on my taichi x570 it get up to 15 then kinda powers back down and the leds remain on but the fans and cpu turn off. 
My setup is a ryzen 5600 cpu and I flashback to the latest bios today trying to troubleshoot this error. I?�ve tried reseating the cpu, ram and gpu. I?�ve even traded out the gpu to another one. What are other steps I can try?

	Try reseating the CPU.
	X570 Taichi, Ryzen 5 5600X, Sabrent Rocket 4 1TB, Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200, Seasonic GX-1000, EVGA RTX 2080S XC Ultra
