Press F2 to get into bios of asrock boards .

I have an ASRock motherboard (not sure of the model and don't know how to find it. If I want to get to the boot menu I normally press F 11 during reboot as per the reboot screen. This no longer works. Any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
