Dear Damicon,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.
Regarding your case, which motherboard are you using?
Have you tried to modify the PCIe link speed and above 4G Decoding?

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD

Dear Damicon,

Thank you for your reply.
Which CPU are you using?
Please connect the graphics card to PCIE x16 slot directly to try.

Thank you!
Yours truly,

Hi, i use Razer 3.
When i connect the card video on slot pcie 16x, without riser, went well.
The problem can be the BIOS? Can not set the speed for each pcie...
Detect the 6 cards video but only 4, the slots 1x, went well. The other not generate hashrate. I'm mining with this hardware. With the old versiĆ³n BIOS (4.5) worked with 3 cards video, one was connect on pcie 16x with riser of 1x.

Dear Damicon,

Thank you for your reply.
Have you tried only connecting one card via riser to PCIe x16 slot?
And which Ryzen 3 are you using?

Thank you!
Yours truly,

Dear Damicon,

Thanks for the reply.

If adjusting the setting "above 4G decode" cannot work, please try to disable the CSM to see if it will work.
(Kindly be noted that since the motherboard is not designed for mining, there will have risks when mining with the desktop system)

Overall, we will still recommend plugging the graphics card directly into the motherboard.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD
