HI,

I've owned an ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 for a little while now and I've just gained an issue in regards to my audio, whether that's the driver I'm not sure.
Long story short I don't receive audio at all from my rear audio jack and static from my case's front audio jack, it has been working normally since I bought the board but after reinstalling the audio driver the problem still persists.

I need help as I don't want to have to buy a new motherboard.

I should add that I have a usb condenser mic with an audio output and that's the only thing that passes through audio to my headphone

Check your power outlet grounding. Also try enable EMI in BIOS (don't overclock if you enable EMI)

are you using the Microsoft driver or the realtek driver, a microphone with build in speakers means you have to connect two cables audio out and audio in and don't mix these two or no audio at all. i don't expect a grounding issue cause that are distortions in audio , when audio is not working can mean windows10 removed the driver cause it tries to get drivers down and audio is something that qualifies for it. check in control panel that there are no ? and if sound is working , properties of sound. i had to install the realtek hd driver cause windows10 lousy latency fixed with the realtek drivers;

click on the speaker icon bottom right then click on the ^ and you should see all sound outputs and note if your headphone is connected then you should here sound, otherwise disconnect and use the line out to a amplifier to be sure sound is working.
