It seems safest way to go about it is to check SSD QVL on your motherboards support page

Hello, I'm building a new pc with mb
ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard. I'm wondering which nvme ssd will be better since i have read across many forums people experiencing issues where they Can't boot from M.2 NVMe SSD: Western Digital Blue 500 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive or Crucial P2 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive I'm also open to suggestions about alternative ssd, preferably 500gb. Thanks |
