Unable to move around in bios

   I have a h470 steel legend and just finished my build today. I am unable to move around in the bios once I am in. It is almost like it is frozen because the time does not go up either. I have tried updating the bios through windows but the update keeps freezing at 0%. I have also tried resetting the CMOS which also did nothing. I have also tried using a different keyboard as well as using all of the other different USB ports.
