Steel Legend z390 - Only half ram 2 slots

   I've moved it all around. Not sure why but as I move it the system cuts 2 of the sticks in half to maintain only 64GB of ram. I have 3 - 16gb stocks and 1-32gb.

1-16gb shows and so does the 32gb. But no matter where i move the sticks 2 of the 16gb sticks will turn into 8GB almost as if it wants me to stay at 64GB....According to the specs this board is capable of 128gb of ram, its why I purchased it.

These sticks all worked fine in my previous Asrock z370 killer board with the exception of there being a large "Hardware reserved" of 8gb. 

-I have updated the bios.
-I have updated the motherboard and all drivers on it.
-I have played musical chairs with the Ram in the slots.
-The ram shows as 16gb in my wifes computer. The sticks ARE 16 GB.
