ASRock H370M-HDV - New BIOS (FADT with ASPM) for WIN10 needed

Hello,

since one week I am testing the mentioned mainboard very deeply according
its idle states.

Hereby I found out, that this mainboard is unable to run to higher C state level. Currently in WIN10 the idle process stops at C3 state.
All drivers are installed and working well.

So I changed to a linux OS (Ubuntu) and it shows the same picture.
But there I was able to touch/edit the kernel (grub_default) and give the command to set lower power states by "pcie_aspm=force".

After using powertop (by autotune command) the board was able to reach C8 (screen on) and C10 (screen off).
But this is the evidence, that the BIOS is not working well according
ASPM. And my check is no longtherm solution.

For Win10 the board is still showing C3 state (with ThrottleStop software).

So please create a new BIOS version (FADT with ASPM) for all users of this nice mainboard to reach higher idle states.

Thanks so much for your support.
