I'm having a similar problem. with the same mb and Intel Core i9-10850K Comet Lake 3.6GHz Ten-Core LGA 1200. It's been days and I don't know what else to try to get this thing to post. Did you ever get yours working? I'm getting ready to return the MB. I notice you also have 3200 memory--was that the problem?

Make sure your CPU power cables are connected to the board, upper left near the
rear IO. Make sure you are using a CPU power cable (4+4pin) not a PCIe power cable
(6+2pin). Make sure the RAM and GPU are all the way seated in their slots, they
can be a tight fit on new boards.

Given your CPU has graphical capabilities you can also try without the GPU installed.
