Hey guys, please help me.
I'm using Ryzen 5 2600, B450Steel Legend bios version P3.20, Ram Adata spectrix D60g. The problem is, my pc always running bsod if I'm overclocking ram to 3000mhz or more. My question, is this bios version version compatible to OC ram with Pinnacle Ridge processor? If not, what bios version I have to use? Thanks brother. |

When I ran a 2700x in my Daughter's setup, I ran 2 x 16gb 3000 stuff and I could only stably run them at 2866. I upgraded her to a 3600 and I could run that same RAM at 3200 stably.
I also ran a 2200g in my wife's setup that could not run 4 sticks of RAM at any speed stably .. upgraded her to a 3400g and she could then run same 4 sticks of RAM at 3200 without issue.. The 2000 series Ryzen's don't have a very robust onboard memory controllers. So you are probably going to be stuck with running your RAM at a slower speed until you upgrade your CPU |
