I'm having difficulty getting a newly built PC to boot to bios - so far, this PC has never successfully booted up. Right now, the 3rd and 4th POST status indicator lights are on (DRAM and CPU).
The build is: 1- x570 Steel Legend Board 2- AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core 3- G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR4 3200 - Installed in A2 and B2 - I did attempt to switch out this component for another set of ram that I know works, but there has been no change. 4- GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 Graphics Card - Installed in PCIE 1 5- TC-SUNBOW N8 256GB M.2 2280 SATA - Installed in M2_1 6- WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive Neither of the drives has undergone partitioning and formatting, and the OS (Windows 10) has not yet been successfully installed. I've tried checking all components for visible defects and cannot find any. At this point any advice I can get on this build is appreciated. |

Try remove everything except CPU (with fan ofc), one slot RAM and GPU. Check that you powered CPU with 8-pin and GPU with external power. Try to enter bios. If success, add other components one by one. If MB, DRAM and CPU are working, then maybe try different GPU?
