Hello, today I bought 4gb more for my mother ASRock H55M-LE (CPUSocket). I has 4GB and I´m trying to upgrade to 8 GB but I can start the computer even installing only the new 4GB. What is the problem?

OS: Windows 10 Home 32-bit
RAM 4,00GB único-Canal DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)

I bought one KINGSTON MEM DDR3 4GB 1333MHZ

CPU Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07GHz

Thanks for your help

This issue is obviously due to two mis-matched sticks of memory you have now.

As a general rule, buying 1 stick now and 1 stick at a much later date usually, ~90% of the time, results in this.

The two carry enough difference in either the chips themselves or in regards to their timings that they just won't play together.

1. Clear your BIOS and retry

2. Post this sticks manufacturer, and its part number
