Do you have another PSU you could test with?

I hope you had the power unplugged from your power supply when you were working inside of your case ...

Generally 00 relates to dead CPU .. but others have posted having 00 error code and it was "fixed" by replacing their PSU.

You could also try just re-connecting your power leads from your power supply to your motherboard for starters. If that doesn't automagically bring everything back to life ... remove the motherboard from the case and place on non-static surface and hook up your components outside of the case and just jumper the power leads on the front panel header with a screw driver or similar

It's possible you could have had built up static charge in your body and zapped your components if you didn't wear a grounding strap or grab something metal before touching the inside of your case ... hopefully not .. but it's possible.

Double check the 8pin CPU power connectors near the CPU socket, you may have
partially dislodged them when you installed the CPU cooler. 00 means no CPU was
detected.

I have the same problem.
I tried with two different power supplies, but the problem was not solved.... This problem is temporarily solved by pressing the CMOS Clear key, but it happens again after a few days.
