Hi all,

I have had alot of trouble getting the RGB customization working on my rig. I also build these for customers as a small business. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in changing the color from the default blue ring for the Wraith Spire RGB CPU fan.

Things i've tried:
-connected the RGB cable to RGB header on Motherboard
-updated motherboard to latest BIOS
-installed polychromeRGB (v1.0.6.0)
-changing from Asrockrgb APP
-changing from BIOS

Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITXac

Still unable to change the CPU fan RGB ring color from the default blue.

Any ideas? Oddly one of my customers was successful in doing it. Maybe the cable is plugged in wrong, I double checked it a few times but perhaps i did not understand the direction of the headers or something. Did anyone get a wraith spire working? If so, how?

older ones would stay on RED color if plugged in backwards. Flip the RGB header plugin around and give it a try.
