Hi,

I have a problem after updating bios from version 3.90 to 4.80.
A Few days ago I was updating bios to 4.8, the process was fine till completed and required to press Enter to reboot.
But after that, the PC keeps restarting again and again. there is no signal to monitor.

As your information, I am using AMD Ryzen 3 3200g, DDR4 2133 MHz.
I tried a method such as: unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery to reset it and so on, but still didn't work.

Anyone has the same problem and how to solve it? any help appreciated

Thank you.

removing the knob cell battery is not enough. you must also short the jumper for full 5 seconds.

did you check the bios notes ?

there is a chance the 3200g has been removed from the support list for the later 4.8 bios

other than that i would make a guess the ram stick isnt playing nicely with the new bios

I read too that the newest UEFI wares actually do no longer support the oldest Ryzens.

Not so ideal.
