Hi, I love asrock, I really like the motherboards they make, I just bought an asrock b550 taichi razer edition, and I'm having trouble controlling rgb devices, the synapse 3 software controls fans and almost everything, however it doesn't detect my rgb trident gskill m.ram, I have read a lot, and I found a buggy solution.
What I did was to download asrock polychrome app from another website, because in the download support page for this motherboard isn't listed, and I get it semiworking, but it doesn't show the chroma connect option, however it does install the sdk, so I have to open asrock rgb software, select a color for the ram, close it hoping the color will stay, and then open synapse 3 and hope everything will run smooth every time I turn on my pc, is there any workaround or fix for this issue? Does someone know why asrock polychrome isn't showing the synapse connect option? I'm using the latest Bios update and synapse software. Thanks in advance for your help. Looking forward for your replies. |

Dear Warriorand,
Thank you for the posting. Due to the LED control interface is different, Raze Synapse3 only supports RGB controlling for onboard RGB LED and the LED which be connected to the 5V/12V RGB header for X570/B550 Taichi Razer Edition. However, for G.Skill DRAM, there is a trick for you to sync the RGB effect. 1. Download the G.SKILL Trident Z Lighting Control software and install it. 2. Enabling the Razer Chroma feature in the G.SKILL Trident Z Lighting Control software. Thank you, Best wishes, ASRock TSD |
