B450M Steel Legend - bios chip location

   So, my PC decided to restart during the 4.0 bios update... you can guess the result.   

Just to be sure, can anyone please confirm the location of the bios chip on the mobo? I'm thinking of grabbing a CH341a programmer and giving that a go instead of the landfill. Before I even begin, you think it's possible to fix that way?
