I have the ASRock X370 Killer SLI/ac and was wondering how to enable the TPM 2.0 on it so in feature I will be able to run Windows 11

Yeah I saw that and then found video that showed me

You into BIOS Click on Advance, CPU Config, AMD FTPM Switch, and Select AMD CPU FTPM. Then save your changes and re run the PC Health Test for Windows 11 and now you should be good.
