My computer lately had trouble booting up. It would start, and shut off and start again. Eventually it would finally boot, but it would not run stable. Even then it would occasionally shut off and reboot, but at least would boot without problems.

I tried memtest, but it came back clean. I ran logs to see if anything looked off, but it all looked normal. So today unplugged as much as I can, and now it wont boot at all.

It starts up, almost instantly shuts down. powers back up. This time the fan on the southbridge wont turn. And the debug codes hat show(if any at all) are 0U(fraction of a second), 1Y(few seconds),followed by db. Again only for a few secconds, but its the only 1 i can find in the manual, its flash update failed.

Does anybody know if its possible to fix this?
Cheers
