Z590 phantom gaming 4/ac + running hot

   Hello,
when i look at the motherboard temperatures when playing  a game  ( chivalry 2)  the cpu temperature can hit 90 ' c  and one of the m/b senser # 7  can reach over 100 ' c.

the other m/b sensers at the same time might by anywhere from 23 - 55'.

does anyone know what sensor #7 is   and is hitting 90' cpu  bad?
