Greetings, my specs are Asrock B550 PG Velocita, Ryzen 3600mhz and ram memory Team Force Night Hawk 3600mhz. Issue is death screen from Windows about Dcp watchdog violation or kernel etc

Hi Mstuardo404,
You don't mention if you are running the memory in XMP mode, or default. And you don't mention the version of BIOS you are running on that motherboard. I would start with two things. First, get the motherboard on the latest BIOS. Second is to change your DRAM settings to default rather than XMP. If all that works you can try going back to XMP. If the XMP is causing the problem, you can choose DRAM settings that are close to the speed of the RAM you have. That may well solve your problem. |

You guys advertised the ability of the PG Velocita as being able to run DDR4 RAM of speed up to 4200mhz, but then as it turns out anything above 3200mhz crushes the system and forces us to reset the BIOS. I don't really care that I waisted my money buying 32gb of faster ram thinking that it would be an upgrade, but I do think that you guys should have to go back to the NewEgg listing and add a * saying (XMP feature ac only be enabled for speeds up to 3200mhz) under the memory section.
