hey people

as title states built a fresh pc for my son for his birthday and to my surprise i got no bios or display on boot when i first turned on the pc. ive been building personal pc for years and never had a single issue, im beating my head against the wall am i missing anything?

system specs

MB:        h470m-hdv
CPU:        i3-10105f
RAM:        team 8gb 2666mhz ddr4
SSD:        silicon power 128gb
PSU:        came with case, casecom cc-550w-12cm
cpu cooler: corsair h45 aio

things ive tried so far
- unplugged everything but power and display out of back of case
- tried both vga and hdmi both no display on various monitors and tv
- taken cpu cooler off to make sure cpu is working and running (cpu is heating no problems at all)
- changed ram into different slots
- reset the cmos with battery removal method
- tried different ram (corsair ddr4 2166mhz 4gb stick)
- unplugged everything but case power button, cpu power (2x 4 pin atx), 24 pin atx, cpu cooler and ram.

im really pulling my hair out on this build, only thing i can think of is the MB could potentially be faulty. can anyone else suggest anything i havent thought of? everything else runs, cpu aio pump is running, cpu aio fan is running

help im at a lose

You need a dedicated GPU, your 10105f does not have an iGPU, that is what the "f"
at the end means.
