Updating bios resulted to malfunction

   My Asrock H61M-HVS wont boot and freezes only in asrock logo and after few minutes it turns into black screen again.I flashed the bios because everytime i tried to format it after the windows 7 logo it turns into black .Is there anyone who can suggest tome on what Im going to do to rescue my motherboard and to return it back to its original bios...in order that i could format it akready...
