Possible to connect 3rd monitor to Z590M-ITX/ax £

   I can only see how to connect 2 monitors using the 1 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort on the back of the PC. But I would also like to connect a 3rd monitor.

I see a usb c port as well and I have tried using a usb c to HDMI cable but no luck - the PC did not detect my 3rd monitor. 

Is it possible to connect a 3rd monitor? Could there be some setting I need to enable for usb c to HDMI to work?
