X570 steel legend motherboard question

So I ordered a x570 steel legend and a 5900x I know I?™m probably going to need to flash the board.. first time owning an asrock, do they have windows installer patch manager for bios and drivers and over clocking utilities like MSI or do I need to flash the old way off usb stick? Just curious if I?™m going back in time or are they updated with newer protocols.. also my first time running AMD since 2002, anything I need to know.. I?™m pairing the chip with 3600 MHz Corsair vengeance memory and a 3080.. 1tb Wd black gen 4 m.2 2tb 7000/5300 to make her scream.. just wondering if there are amd things I should know about
