Hi guys, I'm relatively new to all of this and I wanted to ask a question about my computer. My current specs are as follows, AMD B550 Phantom Gaming 4 for the motherboard, a Ryzen 5 3600 for my CPU, and a Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti for my GPU. I noticed that my GPU was constantly at a 100% when I was playing CSGO which was kind of a little bit strange to me but it wasn't until I looked at GPU-Z that an issue became apparent to me. My GPU supports PCIe x16 3.0 but is running at PCIe x4 3.0. How do I go about fixing this? Currently my GPU is in the bottom slot (just because I don't think there's a way for me to put it in the top slot without hitting the ram or the CPU fan. How should I go about fixing this? Thanks for your advice guys.

Did you run the GPU-Z render test? You need to apply load to the GPU for it to
switch to x16 mode, it will default to lower link speeds when not under load to
conserve power.

To run GPU-Z's built in render test just click the "?" next to the "Bus Interface"
info box then click run render test.
