Hi, I am building an arcade which I have usb powered lights on. When the PC is shut down I dont want the lights to be on. I have An H81M motherboard. I have tried the 2 deep sleep options S4 / S5. I have enabled USB selective suspend. I have unchecked 'Fast Startup'. & I have gone into each USB properties and checked the 'allow PC to turn off USB'. & I havnt got ASRock App charger installed.
I am now out of ideas! has anyone else got any suggestions? I would be very grateful for you help. Many thanks Craig |

I think it would be best, to use the support form, and fill in mor details, so it is easier to diagnose
https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp When using a gmail account, check your spam folder for replies. I see 18 different H81M boards on the ASRock website, so it is important to have all the details. I just check a H81M-ITX manual, you can also do that on the website simply download the PDF manual for your board In BIOS under chipset ON/OFF Play, Disabled the Deep sleep to Enabled in S4 S5 (if this is available When running Windows, Disable fast Startup |
