Hey all. So I've had the Asrock Phantom Gaming 4 x570 a while now. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 but to do so I had to enable TPM or whatever it was in the bios. After doing so the motherboard only showed a blank screen on boot, didn't let you see anything bios related but when it got to windows everything was fine and you could use window without any problems. Anyway at the time I read that that was an issue with my version of the bios and that I should update the bios. Because that would have meant resetting the bios first etc... I put it on the long finger especially because windows was booting up fine.

On to my current issue... Recently once or twice I noticed if I went back to my computer after resuming from sleep the screen was black even though windows was working. No problem a quick reboot and all was well. BUT NOW all I have is constant black screen. Nothing. I can't get into the bios, I can't get into windows. Nothing. I thought it might be the graphics card but just today I tried another graphics card and still nothing. I can hear the windows intro music so the computer is working, just no video signal. I've tried two monitors also. Also I noticed as the computer is booting the two red lights on the motherboard relating to GPU are red until I hear windows boot up and then they turn off.

Can anyone help? Is the motherboard at fault here or am I missing something?

My setup:
ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Crucial Ballistix 3600 MHz DDR4 DRAM 32GB (16GBx2)
Sabrent 1TB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2
Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 (have also tried an Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060)

Just an update on this. After a looooooooooooooot of trouble shooting turns out the PCIe x16 slot just stopped working entirely, not matter what I do nothing works using that slot. But I'm using the x8 slot with a GTX1060 now (the 1070 is too big for the slot) and it seems to be working.

Gonna contact Asrock for a replacement! ??
