Hi guys,

I just bought new hardware for Xmas and unfortunately with all pieces assembled I get a blank screen, no logo, nada ...

Here is my setup:
- case: L-LINK 500W Magna USB 3.0 Tower Box Black One Size
- motherboard: ASROCK H510M-HDV
- processor: INTEL i5-11400F 2.6Ghz
- memory: Crucial 8GB U DDR4 3200Mhz (CT8G4DFRA32A)

On the case I bought there is no buzzer but I plugged a LED and it blinks 5 times.
Do you know where I can find the meaning of bip number ?
I also tried to clear the CMOS. It clears well, the motherboard stops and starts but still nothing.
I tried using DVI, VGA and HDMI ports on multiple screens.
Unfortunately I don't have any spare part to test, especially the PSU (I bought an adapter 4pins -> 8pins for EPS ATX 12v) or the RAM.
Do you have any idea ?

Many thanks,

RĂ©mi

I plugged a GPU I found in my garage and obviously it complains that the PCI-E is not alimented. This PSU is not what I could call is good one

OK so I found a PCI-E capable power supply and it works with a GPU.
I'll then try to update my bios v1.10 as it seems the 1.60 is out and there is some GPO updates.

So it still doesn't work. Unless someone has an idea, I'll open a support case.

I think I know why.
I didn't notice the F letter on my CPU reference (cf. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/processor-numbers.html).
This model requires discrete graphic :-/

I buy the 11400 and check.
