Hello,
Officially only TPM 1 is supported, and there is no Beta BIOS for this board. You could try to use the support form https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp maybe they can check with ASrock HQ. When you have a gmail account, always check your spam folder for replies. If this has to do with Windows 11, that is not supported, Microsoft supports it from the 8th gen CPU and above https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors |

Hello,
I bought an ASRock TPM 2.0 Module on Ebay. I installed the TPM module in my ASRock H81M-VG4 R2.0 motherboard with beta bios P1.60 (this is the latest). It also didn't work wit bios P1.50. The manual doesn't say that mobo is not compatible with TPM V2.0 module. In the UEFI setup, under Advanced\Trusted Computing, I have enabled: Auto Detect Security Device Security Device Support I also enabled Secure Boot and Installed the Keys. but the Current Status Information is Support Turned Off remains. When I run tpm.msc on Windows, Windows says that the "Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) cannot be found on this computer. Verify that this computer has a 1.2 TPM or later and it is turned on in the BIOS." Can you please add support to the BIOS for this TPM 2.0 module? Thanks, |
